Request Failed (Cody VS Code)

Hi,
I am new to Cody, was formerly using Tabnine.
I first setup a free account in Cody with VS code and was getting “Request failed” error. I assumed is because I was using a free account so I updated to pro and the problem still persist.

Anyone to help with this?

Do you see anything else in the error message or is that all the error you see?

No, that is the only error message that I got.

Could you explain the steps you can use to reproduce this error?

Please could you let us know what version of Cody you are on? You can see it in the VS Code extension view like this:

We think this should be solved by updating your Cody extension, but please let us know if you’re on the latest version! (1.22.3 as of the date of this message)
