Rider's Cody plugin also needs a feature to set Pre Instruction, like the plugin for VSCode

I’m using the Pre Instruction feature effectively in VSCode, but it’s quite frustrating that there’s no way to set it in Rider.
I have to input it every time I use Edit or Chat.
I really hope this gets implemented.
