Amp? What are the next steps?

Just ran into this in VS code.

I click Try amp and nothing happens, I click Learn More and nothing happens.

from what I can find about amp I need to create a new account with the same email address, but login with github is not an option. I also read that I can get $40 worth of credits as a “thank you” for using cody pro. Where do I look to see what I’m getting myself into?
