I am a Pro user, but Visual Studio Code says I'm not

I have tried to log into my account to verify if I am a Pro user, but whatever account that is used when I use GitHub to SSO, it says I am not. There is a pink sash at the top of the Cody Chat screen that says PRO.

I have been using Code quite heavily this month, and a message popped up that says: “You’ve used all of your chat messages and commands for the month. Upgrade to Cody Pro for unlimited autocomplete suggestions, chat messages and commands.” We need to get this figured out as I see a monthly $9.00 charge by Sourcegraph.

What is my actual account? I may have used my personal email at first, cimframe@gmail.com, but when I do work-related stuff, I use steve@mobynet.io. Please contact me and tell me the proper account that links to the $9.00 charge so I can get back to work!
