When I ask about a file that has been edited, Cody uses old information unless I manually re-include the edited files. Edits are easy to detect, so perhaps Cody could suggest which files to re-add.
I experience sometimes the same. I found out that if a chat is too long then Cody can’t manage context any more reliably.
If you ask about a changed file in the same chat session, Cody is usually able to track the changes during the message history. But if you start a new chat, you need indeed add the changed file again.
