Billing - Cancelled Subscription

Hello,
I didn’t find Sourcegraph satisfactory so I cancelled my Subscription.
I received a mail informing my subscription had been cancelled. This was about 3 months ago.
This morning I received an email saying my payment had failed, see below.
I’d like to know why you are looking for money from a cancelled subscription

Hey @mylesdevlin we saw from your subscription log, that the workspace billing isn’t cancelled so far. Please use the link provided in your email to cancel the billing too.
