Payment Issue with Subscription Fees

I am trying to pay my subscription fees for this month, but the card payment keeps failing, even though I am using an international card. I am accessing the service from India, and I am using the same email ID for this account.

I attempted to make a payment using a debit card, a credit card, and an international gold card. But payment is getting declined. Please help me in this matter as soon as possible. I already sent mail to support. Didnt hear anything from them.
