Cody > Fix causes 'This feature has been disabled by your Sourcegraph site admin.'

I’m using the Free plan with VS Code and primarily with a React app. The ‘Ask
Cody to Fix’ feature was working pretty much up until now. Now, I’m consistently getting the error
‘This feature has been disabled by your Sourcegraph site admin.’

I’m a single user using Cody. And I didn’t make any configuration changes AFAIR. What could be causing this and how can I reolve it?

Hey @sameera

Usually, this should be resolved with a restart of VS Code.

The dev team knows already about that issue and a fix should be on the way soon.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

having that constantly with a paid plan, version v1.38.2.

Yeah, it happens pretty frequently

It is a bug known to the team and hopefully resolved fast.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

re-authenticate your Cody account (Cody=> Account=> sign out, then sign in) solved the problem for me.

Still happening, any update on this ?

Sorry for the inconvenience. The team is still working on it.
There may certainly be delays due to the holidays, but the issue will not be forgotten right now.

Thanks for the report.

Same here, been a real bummer since im not a pro at coding…

Running Cody in VS Code on Ubuntu.

Hey to all,

This issue mostly happens when the network isn’t stable (on both sides). A reload of the IDE solves the issue and the warning should disappear.
