Increased amount of seats by mistake, how to reimburse

We created a workspace with our billing manager and noticed that we had to increase amount of seat to 2 seats in order to assign a developer to the workspace. The billing manager is not a developer and was removed from the subscription after transferring Admin role to the developer.
Could you help us to:

  • reimburse the one seat we didn’t use
  • how to send the billing invoices automatically to a specific email address which is not on the subscription? Can it be automatically sent anywhere at all?

After you have removed the invited member

You should be able to decrease the seats in the “Buy more seats” pane by pressing the ‘-’ button.
