We created a workspace with our billing manager and noticed that we had to increase amount of seat to 2 seats in order to assign a developer to the workspace. The billing manager is not a developer and was removed from the subscription after transferring Admin role to the developer.
Could you help us to:
- reimburse the one seat we didn’t use
- how to send the billing invoices automatically to a specific email address which is not on the subscription? Can it be automatically sent anywhere at all?
