More Convenient File Selection in Context and Default Context Adjustment

I would really like to:

  1. Have the ability to “select all open files in the editor” within the chat, just as it can be done when creating new commands. Currently, if you ask a question in the chat or edit code, each related file has to be added manually. Therefore, it’s easier to use commands and write your requests as comments—even though it feels a bit odd.

  2. Have the ability to adjust the default context in the chat. Right now, “the entire repository” is the default setting, and it can’t be changed. I would actually switch this to “all open files,” which would be much more convenient.
