Hi - Currently I am using Cody Pro + Claude 3.5 generally. It is quite good but I find the model will often remove functionality that has been developed, I suspect as it does not keep track of the latest state of the codebase, or else it maintains the different versions but does not know how to prioritise the latest. In any case, there is much afoot with new models being released to the market. Can you point me to the roadmap for new models that will be incorporated into Cody? I am sure there is an element of testing/integration to release a new model, but would be good to have visiblity of this
Hey @willbillmorgan
During a chat session, if you believe the model hasn’t the focus anymore on the changes it is likely related that the context window is exceeding. Therefore, start a new chat and continue your changes there.
Or you can explicitly mention in the prompt, that you have made the changes and you want to continue with follow-up changes. The model is able to track the changes from the chat history.
Another way is to add the changed file in the same session again and mention that in the prompt to revisit the changes.
About the model roadmap, from various post on X, we might expect to see DeepSeek models coming soon in the model list. But no ETA is known to me.
Thank you
