Trying to upgrade to Cody Pro for VS Code Extension. Only seeing Enterprise options

Hello,

What are my upgrade options for Cody in VS Code? I am using the Cody extension in VS Code.

I am trying to upgrade to Cody Pro, but only seeing Enterprise Starter as an option.

I am not part of an organization and am only using this for my personal use. I tried using the Cody AI to troubleshoot, but was not able to find a solution.
