I purchased the Pro plan yesterday evening, specifically because of the promise of unlimited messages. However, just five hours after upgrading, I received a message saying I’ve hit a limit.
This is incredibly frustrating as I’m working on a project in an unfamiliar environment and needed the flexibility pro offers. I was deeply engaged in my work when this happened, and it completely broke my momentum.
If there are any restrictions or fair usage limits, they should be communicated upfront when purchasing the plan to set the right expectations. As it stands, the experience feels misleading, especially considering the plan is marketed as “unlimited.”
I’ve already sent an email about this, but I’m posting here as well in hopes of a quicker resolution. The program itself is fantastic, but this unexpected limitation has caused a lot of frustration.
