i tried open other project or reinstalling VS, but didn’t work

Hey, @Victor-Viicell, thanks for reaching out. I can’t replicate the issue; I’m running VS version 17.12.1 on Windows 11.
Are you using a VPN by chance? That could be the issue.
@Victor-Viicell would you mind sharing some logs? This will help use dig in.
