Vscode: CTRL + L doesn't refine context anymore

Hello :wave:

Since 2 weeks approximately, when I have a Chat Window opened in Visual studio code, pressing CTRL + L on my keyboard does not add new context lines to the chat.

Previously when doing so, I could select, for example, a new portion of code a file, press key combination and it would add the selected context to the already opened chat window.

Any idea why this disappeared?
