I got a message back. What we can do is cancel the subscription and you need to resubscribe.

How did it happen that you accidentally paid for the wrong plan?
Was it because of a wrong link or another UI reason?

Would love to have a screenshot, where you can describe what can be done better.

If it is possible to return the money to the balance and then connect the PRO tariff for the entire amount of the return, then that suits me. I paid for the Enterprise Starter plan thinking it was the best option, but I found it difficult to set up the connection and it has a lot of unnecessary features since I work alone without a team.

The team said, they will contact you and follow-up with cancellation and refunding in your case as the easiest solution.
You can then choose the Pro Plan after the cancellation.

So you make clear with your last response that not the UI has led you to choosing the wrong plan but rather the unforseen features not necessary for you?

What made the setting up of the connection difficult?
