We have created an enterprise starter workspace and invited a few users to it. However, when they attempt to log in with their email, they receive an error. We have open invite domains enabled and also sent the invite to the email they are attempting to log in with.

Do they use the login over the workspace address or via the usual Cody login? The former is needed.
They used the workspace link that was sent to their email. What do you mean by “the usual Cody login?”
I mean the default Cody login for Free/Pro users. It is possible to mix-up them.
Are the invited members already visible in your workspace settings → Users?
If yes, please raise them as admins and then try again please. Check this first with only one member, then we can rule out if this is the issue.
They are not visible in our workspace settings → users. It shows they have been invited.
I got a reply from the team.
All your invited members need a Google/GitHub/GitLab account registered with the same email that is used as invitation email and then should login via the Google/GitHub/GitLab login method on your workspace portal.
This should solve the issue.
