I wanted to give a try to the terminal access experimental access, but I don’t see anything regarding this feature anymore in the cody UI (in IntelliJ). All on latest versions (cody 7.66.0 and intellij 2024-3-2-2 243.23654.189).
Is it normal?
Hi colleagues, could somebody tell me if this feature is still supposed to be working? If just one person tell me that he has the feature working, then I have my answer
Thanks mates and have a nice weekend!
Hey @thibaut54
I’m not sure to understand you correctly. Terminal access in what way? You mean in the Cody chat or by clicking terminal errors.
Could you be please elaborate more, maybe with a screen shot.
Thank you.
Thanks for taking the time
One or two weeks ago, I had this UI:
And the little green brain, I could click and see a preview feature to enable Cody to access the terminal and even run command if I remember. And now I can’t see this button anymore and therefore I can’t try the feature.
I wonder if it’s normal or if I have a bug.
Ah, I see. This is the same now, but configured as a model, which uses Sonnet 3.5 as model in the background as LLM for the message reply, but the functionality remains the same.
I hope that helps.
Yes but what about the Cody access to the terminal? When clicking the green button, it was proposing to activate an experimental feature called “terminal access”, allowing Cody to run som terminal commands. You didn’t have it?
