Cody has the Pro license for individuals… 9.99 per month
I think if they launched one for students and teachers for 6.00 per month, they’d grow a lot… and it would open up the market for non-commercial individuals.

Cody offers a lot of value in it’s Free tier - unlimited autocomplete, 200 chat messages per month - that’s a good starting option for students and teachers.
And even $9.99 for Pro is a steal deal, if you compare that with similar tools and services which usually costs $15-30 and even with that offers more limited service than Cody.

It’s relatively bad, as a teacher I used more than 200 messages in a week… but I don’t need other features like workspaces…
I understand your situation but $9.99 for Pro is very good deal, especially if you are using chat feature pretty often so Cody offers close to unlimited chats (under fair use policy). I doubt you could find any other service even close to $9.99 price range, not even speaking about extra student/tracher discount. But if you are really into saving and getting some discount then GH Copilot probably would be the best solution in this situation.
