Mac keyboard and alt+l = @

In order for me to use @ on my German Mac keyboard I had to change the “Trigger Autocomplete at Cursor” to another combination because alt+l = @.
Anyone else have this issue?

Hello @marqec-104

Yes, I have the same issue on my German keyboard schema on Windows/Linux.

I simply changed the shortcut to another one and it works flawless.

cmd+ö , the next key over.
BTW do you have a way to use these without needing the ALT keypress? [ and ].
Several programs use these for shortcuts.

The only solution which helps in some programs where I’m not able to change shortcuts is to change the keyboard layout to US based.

Yes, with ö, ä, ü, we have some advantages. :sunglasses:

Are you in Germany? If so, what state?

I’m a German, but currently living on the Canary Islands.
