In some work environments without Wi-Fi, I use my phone’s hotspot as a relay Wi-Fi. However, the phone hotspot is not very stable and occasionally loses signal for a few tens of seconds. The problem is that Cody requires a consistently stable network connection to function. When the network disconnects, I’ve found that Cody becomes unable to select a model (or rather, the dropdown menu for selecting models disappears). Even after reconnecting to the network, the model selection dropdown still doesn’t reappear. Therefore, I have to restart VS Code, which is a bit of a hassle, as it means some of the working cache needs to be reloaded. I think there should be a refresh button, so it would be very convenient to resume normal use after the network connection is restored.
Hey @wudizhe002
Thank you for your feedback. You are right, only a restart of the IDE helps to refresh Cody.
We will have a look into it and appreciate your feature request.
