Unexpected status code 429

Dear Support Team,

We are currently testing Cody and developing certain features across our systems. However, we encountered an issue:

The system indicated that usage would reset at - 3:39 PM -
It is now - 4:30 PM -, and access is still blocked

We would appreciate your help resolving this as soon as possible so we can continue with development.
