If you subscribe to the Pro tier of Cody and are getting issues with rate limits (Where Cody is saying you have used all your chat messages, commands or autocompletions for the day), please follow the following steps.

Step 1: Fill in this form

Step 2: Once you have submitted the form, then reply to this thread with your Sourcegraph username [see here]

Once you have completed the above steps, a member of the support team will then look into the issue, then contact you to let you know the outcome.

Please Note:

These steps are ONLY for users who have an active subscription of the Pro tier for Cody.

@task_tamer Thanks, Good to know I am just hitting a limit and it’s not a bug or out, I try and not be as crazy lol. I be testing out Ollama with the Cody VScode plugin so hopefully I won’t hit it as often :).
