What’s the approximate time frame for a repair? buy a new one or what?
So today I am over the rate limit on my unlimited account even though I have not been able to send any message since early yesterday.
Is this not an issue of priority, basically your service 100% down, for paying customers because I have not, as many others have said also, received even a simple message that acknowledges that you realize there is a problem…

Hi, @gpgs96-lvxpl. I have the problem with the limit error. As I said in the form, the weird thing about it is that it says it will reset 24 hours after whenever my last input was.

I was using it since the morning for a MUST-DO university project, I think I used it too much to the point i was flagged as a bot or something, lol. Well, I got all suspicious about it, because pro users are supposed to be unlimited, so I was about to cancel my plain and report scam, but I saw thin threat and realize it was all a mistake.
