Problem with inline use

I am editing the code and making modifications using the inline function, not the chat. The code now displays 2 lines: one with my previous code and one with my new code. The new code does not replace the old one, and there is no manual option to replace it. I cannot delete either of the 2 lines. What is this? There is no option to do anything about this. Previously, the inline chat was working very well and was successfully replacing my current code.

can somehow revent the previous function back, i want the code to replace the old one as before

When you use inline function, you have a Code Lens at the top of the changed code range to either, ‘Accept’, ‘Retry’ or ‘Undo’ this edition.

good i fixed, code lens was ticked out, i enabled at settings.
